The Future

Opening in late 2026, the next phase of development for the neighborhood includes a million-square-foot mixed-use project anchored by The Knox, Auberge Collection and many new retailers and dining concepts. In addition, newly constructed residences and offices will feature some of the city’s most sought-after spaces for living, working, and enjoying Knox Street. Opening in 2028, Knox & McKinney will bring new office and retail opportunities to the neighborhood.
