The menu is focused on integrity and sustainability, using high-quality ingredients sourced from responsible purveyors, as well as local farmers and ranchers. The interior and overall dining experience focuses on aesthetics and culinary creativity. Designed by Brooklyn-based architectural firm, GRT, Georgie features elegant elements such as travertine and marble floors, coffered ceilings, plush orange upholstered booth and artwork by French photographer, Julian Drach.
