Sant Ambroeus, the beloved Italian hospitality group known for delivering exceptional dining experiences, has selected the Knox Street neighborhood for its Dallas debut.
“We are thrilled to announce the opening of the first Sant Ambroeus in Texas, marking a significant milestone in the continued growth and evolution of our brand. Knox Street has long been a treasured part of Dallas, and as it grows, we’re excited to help shape its vibrant future.” – Gaetano Guarducci – Partner, Sant Ambroeus.

The Dallas location will join a portfolio of Sant Ambroeus restaurants, coffee bars, and gelaterias in coveted destinations including New York, Aspen, Palm Beach, Milan and Paris. The approximately 7,800 square foot restaurant will offer all-day dining and dedicated outdoor patio seating. The restaurant is the first restaurant tenant to be announced in the Knox Street development, a four-acre mixed-use luxury lifestyle development located adjacent to the Katy Trail. The development will be anchored by an Auberge Resorts Collection hotel and private residences, and also include a luxury multifamily residential building, a boutique office building, and dynamic new restaurant and retail offerings. Construction is expected to be completed in 2026.
“Sant Ambroeus is one of the top restaurant operators in the industry and the perfect addition to Knox Street. We couldn’t be more excited to welcome them to such an incredible spot in Dallas, along with a lineup of other amazing retailers and restaurants.” – Stephen Summers, head of retail leasing for Knox Street.
The Knox Street development will introduce more than 100,000 square feet of best-in-class local, national, and international retail and restaurants to the neighborhood, several of which will be first-to-market brands and operators. Stephen Summers and Kaitlin Travis of Highland Park Village Associates are leading retail leasing, and additional retail and restaurant tenants will be announced in the coming months. ABOUT SANT AMBROEUS
For almost forty years, Sant Ambroeus has served as one of New York’s most beloved Italian restaurants, offering contemporary Milanese cuisine and exceptional service in unrivaled locations. The original Sant Ambroeus opened its doors in Milan in 1936, quickly acquiring a devoted following in Northern Italy’s cosmopolitan capital. Partners Gherardo Guarducci and Dimitri Pauli have translated these old-world sensibilities from the original Sant Ambroeus location to appeal to American diners, importing generations of Italian culinary tradition via its restaurants and coffee bars to a selective group of New York neighborhoods including the Upper East Side, Soho, West Village, The Hamptons, Brookfield Place, Palm Beach, Florida, as well as two locations in Aspen, a coffee bar and restaurant. Guarducci and Pauli have since expanded Sant Ambroeus Hospitality Group’s offerings with the addition of Casa Lever, an elegant, fine-dining Italian restaurant located in Midtown Manhattan’s landmarked Lever House building. Additionally, the hospitality group includes Felice Ristorante & Wine Bars, a collection of four Tuscan-inspired neighborhood favorites in partnership with Jacopo Giustiniani.
